Research topics
- Survival analysis in cancer. Our main goal is to develop tools to link cancer survival, therapy response, and mutations to gene expression-based mono- or multigenic prognostic and predictive signatures. We participate in international collaborations aiming at the validation of identified prognostic and predictive signatures.
- Bioinformatic data analysis. We develop tools for automated analysis of cancer-related datasets with straightforward statistical options. Our tools include both database-based and statistical platforms. In addition, we also provide statistical analysis for our collaboration partners.
