Research topics

  1. Survival analysis in cancer. Our main goal is to develop tools to link cancer survival, therapy response, and mutations to gene expression-based mono- or multigenic prognostic and predictive signatures. We participate in international collaborations aiming at the validation of identified prognostic and predictive signatures.
  1. Bioinformatic data analysis. We develop tools for automated analysis of cancer-related datasets with straightforward statistical options. Our tools include both database-based and statistical platforms. In addition, we also provide statistical analysis for our collaboration partners.
